Ordering
Orders can be placed using either Credit Card, Check or Money Order.  Credit Card orders are processed on the same day the order is received.  Check & Money Order Orders are not processed until payment has arrived and the funds have cleared at the bank.
ALL orders must be placed online, at this time we DO NOT accept phone calls for orders, we will be adding this feature to our website in the future.

Back Orders
Although we try to keep all parts in stock, we occasionally have a delay in shipping from our suppliers.  Therefore, you will be notified of the item(s) on back order in your invoice. You will be notified when that item becomes available.

Terms
All shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal or Business Checks, Money Orders and International Money Orders. All orders originating from outside the United States or Canada must be paid with an International Money Order or a Bank Check.

Prices
We @ MOL try to hold a steady pricing table, but we import from many different countries, and the value of the US Dollar fluctuates from country to country.  Therefore, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!

Returns
All returns must be approved by MopedsOnline.Com, Inc.  They must be in new and unused condition to be considered for credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned parts. There are no return approvals for High Performance kits, parts or Electrical items

Damaged or Missing Parts
All parts lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.  We cannot make a claim to USPS unless you report lost or damaged parts to your USPS driver immediately!

MopedsOnline.Com, Inc. makes no warranty to products distributed, expressed or implied, including and without limitation to any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer (if any) who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties.  The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and MopedsOnline.Com, Inc. accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS CARRY NO WARRANTY PERIOD!!!
All high performance parts are for off-road use only and are not intended for legal street use.  In addition, the high performance parts may produce more power than the Moped was originally intended for.  In other words,
use at your own risk!!
